Accepted Payments

We accept a variety of different payment methods, all of which are processed securely. If you would like more information about any of the payment methods we accept, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

PayPal enables you to submit payment from your balance or fund the transaction from your linked card or bank account.

Please be aware that payments sent as eCheques must have cleared in full before we can make the associated product or service available to you. This process typically takes approximately 7 days to complete and will depend on your bank.

We can accept any credit or debit card that is issued by, or within the network of Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Payments remitted by credit or debit card will appear on your financial statement as being made to "Zumada Limited".

We have bank accounts in the following locations which will allow you to pay in your local currency with reduced fees:

Australia (AUD currency only)

European Union (EUR currency only)

New Zealand (NZD currency only)

United Kingdom (GBP currency only)

United States (USD currency only)

International bank transfers from locations not listed above can be paid into our United Kingdom account.

Please be aware that any transfer processing fees imposed by your bank must be covered by you.

If you have a positive credit balance in your account on our website, this can be used towards payment of any unpaid invoice.

Money sending services such as Western Union and MoneyGram allow you to transfer money online via their website, or transfer cash by visiting one of their local agents.

We can receive Western Union or MoneyGram transfers either directly into our bank account or we can collect it in cash from a local agent.

Important Notice

When sending a payment to us manually, it is essential that you include your invoice number, name or email address as the payment reference in order that we can identify you as the sender of the funds and apply your payment to the correct account.
